Captain Janeway’s Birthday Party & Elm Heights/Harmony Hall of Honor Ceremony

Harmony will be hosting an in-person, outdoor ceremony this Saturday, May 21, 2022, at 1:00 PM to celebrate the past, present, and future of the nearly 100 year old building which first housed Elm Heights School and which Harmony has owned since 1985. Captain Kathryn Janeway, an alum of Harmony in its future form, will return to Harmony on her birthday weekend to deliver a message of inspiration, through a Harmony student, to the Bloomington community. Join us for this special time-bending event, in person or via livestream on Harmony's YouTube page!

Interviews with Harmony’s newest teachers! (Spring 2022)

The '21-'22 school year found us welcoming back all of our students in person as well as welcoming SIX new teachers into the Harmony community. It's been a big couple years of changes for everyone, and we are growing and learning together through it all. We hope you enjoy these interviews with our new teachers, reporting on how the school year is going for them, sharing what brought them to Harmony, and more: Rafi Friedman (ECP), Elaine Bonadies (K-2), Stacy Blair (5-6), Mercedes Lechlitner (Middle School Language Arts & Social Studies), Arlo Welty (Middle School Math), and Wes Sturdevant (High School Digital Arts & Media).
